Search the words, not just the labels.

deathlessons.org indexes the full text of every Prevention of Future Death report — including scanned reports recovered with OCR and the agency responses — so you can find any drug, device, hospital or hazard mentioned anywhere in a report. Tools that only filter by coroner area, date and category can't do that.

Searches only full-text can answer

None of these are a coroner "category" or "area" — the signal lives in the body of the report. Each runs a live search:

sepsis 446 ligature 441 pulmonary embolism 135 epilepsy 101 anticoagulant 73 insulin 64 clozapine 36 tracheostomy 23 "North Middlesex" 12 midazolam 6 button battery 2

Counts are reports (excluding agency responses) mentioning the term in the current corpus.
