deathlessons.org indexes the full text of every Prevention of Future Death report — including scanned reports recovered with OCR and the agency responses — so you can find any drug, device, hospital or hazard mentioned anywhere in a report. Tools that only filter by coroner area, date and category can't do that.
None of these are a coroner "category" or "area" — the signal lives in the body of the report. Each runs a live search:
